Introducing Mission OS · Coming soon

We don’t ask what’s your budget. We ask what do you need?

Mission OS is a family of software modules for the small nonprofit: donors, volunteers, events, grants, documents, inventory, finances and more. Choose only the modules your organization needs. You don’t have to buy the whole platform.

Our flagship product

Mission OS

Mission OS is made of separate modules. Start with the ones you need, skip the ones you don’t, and add more as your organization grows. Each module is chosen and priced on its own; where modules connect, each module’s page says which ones and how.

How pricing works

Priced by need.
Published for everyone.

What most software companies ask

“What’s your budget?”

It tells them how much they can charge you. Need and budget rarely line up, and small nonprofits pay the difference.

What we ask

“What do you need?”

Mission OS is sold module by module, and every module comes in tiers. Choose the modules you need and the tier that fits the work you do today. When your need grows, add a module or move up a tier.

How buying Mission OS works

Step 1

Choose your modules

Pick only the modules your organization needs. You don’t have to buy the whole platform.

Step 2

Pick a tier for each

Each module has its own tiers. Choose the one that fits how much you need from that module.

Step 3

Change as you grow

Add another module or move up a tier when your need changes.

Tier 1

Tier 2

Tier 3

Tiers for one module. Every module has its own, and you only pay for the modules you choose. Each module’s prices are listed below as they’re set.

  • Every price on this website. No “call for pricing.” No quote that changes depending on who’s asking.
  • No sales pressure. You can see what each tier includes and decide on your own time.
  • Pay for the modules you use. Choose the modules you need at the tier that fits. Add a module or step up a tier only when your need grows.

Mission OS beta · Planned for Dec 2026 – Jan 2027

Help us forge it

The beta is an early version of Mission OS, used by a small group of nonprofits before it launches. Its purpose is to find out what works, what doesn’t and what’s missing while there’s still time to fix it.

Accepting Applications

Limited Beta Seats Available

We're accepting a limited number of organizations into the Dragon Forge beta program. Participation is by application, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applications are open.

Who should apply

Small nonprofits that need tools like the ones in Mission OS but find the larger systems too expensive or too complicated. Tell us which modules matter most to you.

What participation involves

Using Mission OS modules in your organization’s real, day-to-day work during the beta and telling us how it goes. We’ll explain the details to the organizations we select before anyone commits.

Feedback we’re looking for

What’s confusing, what’s missing, what breaks, and whether each module fits the way your organization actually works.

Expect changes

Mission OS is still being built. Features, modules and timing may change during development, and not every module may be ready for the beta.

After you apply

We review each application. We’ll contact the organizations we select by email.

Beta application

No sales calls. We’ll only email you about the beta.

Who’s behind it

Built by someone who runs a nonprofit

I’m Michael, president of Dragon Forge Platforms. I’m also the founder and CEO of Trusted World, so I know firsthand what it’s like to run a mission on a tight budget with software that was never built for you.

Before that, I spent more than thirty years in manufacturing. I started as a line mechanic and worked my way up to executive management. Manufacturing teaches you to build systems that work on the floor, for the people who use them every day, without waste. That’s how Mission OS is being built.

Small nonprofits deserve real tools at an honest price.
